Add: Converted to run in Access 2000.
Fix: During conversion the following had to be fixed.

Special for Joanne remote for providers, disables many features, can only get if know secret code.
Maybe stopped spurious venue error, now checks to see if provider has any venues before allowing to select.
Also uses the first venue ID it comes across for that venue, does not rely on having 0001 venue, which may not exist.
When adding a new record defaults to a dummy provider and venue and title. Stops loads of errors.

(3) Error in butRunReport_Click Invalid reference to field 'Report_Close'
when trying to view statistics.
This occurs if the statistics database shown is not in fact there. Try choosing a different
statistics database.
Bug Reports
(100) When exporting the system claims there were errors but all i get is
blank form!
This occurs when the hard disk is full. The machine is unable to get enough memory to show
the message box and tell you what is wrong! Try and free up more hard disk space. For example
if you are expecting to export 120,000 courses you will need at least 800MB free. This creates
an export mdb of 300MB and needs 500MB temporary space!
