This page gives an insight into the types of project this company has worked on in the past. It is not an exhaustive list, but does highlight some of the work performed and provides links to some of the online systems that are still running. Working with MQM Interactive we developed a search engine that allowed the users to index their own sites, so that they could easily include and exclude different pages and directories. The search engine was developed on an SQL server backend using the Microsoft search engine and ASP.NET. The search engine stored multiple types of documents ranging from pdf pages, excel spreadsheets to powerpoint presentations. The search pages linked in seamlessly into their existing web site.

We developed an intranet web system to allow developers within motorola from the UK and America to share data from document and code inspections. This system allows the inspectors to enter in faults found in code and documents to allow developers to track and make any fixes needed. This was developed using Sql Server 6.5, Asp and VB6 with a sprinkling of XML to query the clearcase system running under UNIX.

Working with MQM Interactive we have taken the functionality of the TIM system mentioned below and have made it available on the web. This allows the external providers of the courses to input their own data. Overnight this system automatically updates the online TES database used by Link2Learn. MQM Interactive designed the look and feel of the site, while we wrote the backend scripts to extract and save this data to an SQL server database. The online SQL database has been designed to synchronise with the offline MS Access TIM database upon request.

Working with MQM Interactive we took the TES access system mentioned below and wrote a web interface for it. This used SQL server to store the database and required an import routine written in Visual Basic to convert the database from MS Access to MS SQL Server. An offline version was also required so that libraries who were not online could still use the interactive pages. We created a CD which would install all the relevant technologies and the web pages.

SERIF is a group of Training Enterprise Councils in the South East Region who collate information on training courses and provide it for the general public. We developed two MS Access database systems called TIM and TES to replace an old dos based enquiries system called ESPIAL. TIM provided the data input for internal use. TES was developed for use in touch screen kiosks to be found in libraries and other public places. The SERIF site is now using the same web technology as link2learn to place this data on the web.
